Entertainment Forms

The deadline for the 2023 Fair was February 28, 2023.  Entertainment applications will be accepted starting November 1, 2023 until February 28, 2024 for the 2024 Evergreen State Fair.  Thank you for your interest in performing at the Fair!

Exhibitor Forms

On-line ShoWorks Entry - Hard copies of Exhibitor entry forms are only available on Open Class Display Hall walk-in entry taking day if not entered on-line.
